Thank you for shopping at SN Organic. We strive to provide high-quality organic products and excellent customer service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.

2. How to Request a Return

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order at [email/WhatsApp].
  2. Provide your order number, clear images of the product showing the issue, and a brief description.
  3. Our team will review the request and approve or reject it based on the eligibility criteria.
  4. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or request you to ship the item back (shipping cost may be covered by us if the fault is from our side).

3. Refund Policy

Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are processed as follows:

  • If the return is approved, we will issue a store credit or exchange for the same or similar product.
  • In special cases, a bank transfer refund may be issued (processing time: 5-7 business days).
  • Refunds are not available for COD payments in cash.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products after delivery.
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Organic food products such as Phaki, Gur, Pink Salt, and Shakar, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return after receiving it (if eligible).
